Once you secure your pre-approval, you will be in a better position when submitting an offer on a home.

Your REALTOR® will be able to help you review each home you look at and provide objective information to help you make the best possible decision.


When you have decided on the home you want, it’s time to make the offer. Navigating the process from the offer to closing and everything in between is where the knowledge and expertise of our agents really show. They will help you understand the conditions, provisions, and obligations of your contract.  Making the offer, negotiating the terms, and preparing the paperwork can be overwhelming. Remember, your agent has your back.


You’re almost there! This is the final step of your home buying journey. Your lender will go over your closing disclosure statement with you so that you know all the details about what will be required to close on your new home. You will have the opportunity to do your final walk-through of the home with your agent to make sure all agreed repairs have been completed. In most cases, the time from the offer acceptance until the closing takes approximately 45 days.
