Our leasing services include advertising each property for lease and following up with all prospective tenants, including collecting and reviewing applications, background, and financial documentation. The range of our leasing services is customizable to each client, depending on needs and preferences. At a minimum, we handle all aspects of lease negotiations on behalf of our property owner. We are also available to prepare leasing documents and collect security deposits and rent.

We customize our property management services to meet our client’s expectations and needs. As a routine, we handle rent collection as well as property maintenance and repair matters. Our objective is to enhance each property’s value by monitoring income and expenses. We oversee the day-to-day maintenance needs, including vendor bidding and selection and service contract negotiations. We provide monthly statements to each owner along with their rental proceeds.
